Mr. Sur, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State refers to the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which reflects that final report has been submitted declaring the case as civil in nature. Report also reflects that substantial amount being exchanged between the parties and received by the complainant.

In view of the nature of the report, the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 615 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.
