1. This is the second writ petition filed as a public interest litigation.

2. On the selfsame cause of action in the earlier writ petition in WPA 558 of 2023 by order dated 20.11.2023 the writ petition was disposed of, however, leaving it open to the writ petitioners to move before the District Magistrate if they have got any grievance.

3. The learned advocate for the petitioners would submit that the representation has been given to the District Magistrate.

4. It is not clear as to whether there is any private interest involved in the matter.

5. In any event, since the matter is now seized of by the District Magistrate, it is open to the District

Magistrate to consider the representation in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

6. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
