Accordingly, considering the said fact and the fact that this is a case arising out of Siliguri Women Police Station case under Sections 498A/494/506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, the matter is disposed of for nonprosecution. Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, learned counsel appearing for the State is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let his appointment be regularised by the competent authority.
