1. Petitioner is appearing in person.

2. The respondents are represented through their respective learned counsel.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is reduced in writing in a representation (page-34). On a specific query from the Bench, petitioner fairly submitted that the grievance in nutshell is reduced in writing in the said representation. The averments of representation show that the allegation is against the residents of the alleged premises situated at 4/1/H/2

Nawab Abdul Latif Street, Kolkata-700016, who are responsible for using electricity wires etc. The said residents have not been impleaded as party-respondent before us.

4. In addition, representation shows, grievance of petitioner is her personal grievance. In addition, perhaps the other persons may also be aggrieved but petitioner is not remediless. Since she is a 'person aggrieved', she has a remedy to file a regular writ petition.

5. The PIL is not entertained and is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. Liberty is reserved to file appropriate proceeding.

7. No order as to costs.
