Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim suffered grievous injuries. Moreover, one of the ladies who was pregnant underwent abortion due to assault on her in the incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM(A) 1405 of 2022 is dismissed.
