Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the order dated May 2, 2023 passed in WPA 4153 of 2015, in paragraph no.27, instead of the amount of Rs.16,14,948.74p. being directed to be paid to the petitioners, it was directed to be deposited with the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

A perusal of the said order and the tenor thereof indicates that learned counsel for the petitioners is justified in saying so.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and the SBI, both of which parties are represented today, RVW 106 of 2023 along with CAN 1 of 2023 is allowed, thereby modifying the order dated May 2, 2023 passed in WPA 4153 of 2015 to the effect that, in paragraph no.27

thereof, in the fifth and sixth line from the top, the expression "Kolkata Municipal Corporation" shall be replaced with "petitioner" and the expression "deposit" in the second line of paragraph no.27 be replaced by "pay". In view of the said error apparent of the face of the record, the time limit given in the order under review is also required to be extended.

Accordingly, the payment as directed in paragraph no.27 of the order under review is extended from May 31, 2023 to September 30, 2023.

Let this order be deemed to be read into the order dated May 2, 2023.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
