1. The petitioner seeks certain benefit under the guidelines published by the West Bengal Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board.

2. The petitioner has sought for certain information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 and is aggrieved as the same has not been provided.

3. If the petitioner intends to obtain any benefit under the said guidelines, the petitioner ought to approach the competent forum for relief.

4. The authority under the RTI Act cannot provide any financial assistance to the petitioner in terms of the subject guidelines.

5. It appears that the writ petition is an absolutely misconceived one.

6. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
