It appears on perusal of the writ petition that petitioner has made a representation dated 11th January, 2023 being annexure P/15 to the writ petition making several prayers therein details of which would appear from said representation made before the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies concerned.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 5573 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned/respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 11th January, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a

reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
