The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Baguihati Police Station Case No. 745 of 2011 dated 7th December, 2011 under Sections 188/448/427/325/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, District - North 24-Parganas. Pursuant to the order dated 31.08.2021 Mr. Chakraborty, Learned Advocate has submitted the report which reflects that pursuant to submission of charge-sheet dates have been fixed for supply of copies. Report further reflects the next date for supply of copy is 25th January, 2022. Report submitted by Mr. Chakraborty dated 7th September, 2021 is kept with the record.

In view of the progress of the case and the nature of the contention advanced in the revisional application, I am of the view that questions of facts so agitated do not empower

this Court to interfere at this stage of the proceeding. Accordingly, no interference is called for. As such, C.R.R. 702 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, be hereby vacated.

Learned Magistrate is directed to expedite the proceedings.
