(NDPS) 318 of 2022 In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Gangarampur Police Station Case No. 551 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021 under Sections 22(c)/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act read with Section 27A of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act.

...... petitioners Ms. Busra Khatun ....for the petitioners Mr. T. D. Nandy Mr. A. Basu ....for the State Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotic was recovered from the possession of the petitioners, we are of the view that the petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (NDPS) 318 of 2022 is dismissed.
