In the aforesaid application, petitioner has prayed for extension of interim order which was initially passed on 3rd April, 2019 and was extended from time to time and lastly expired on 2nd February, 2020 by the order dated 24th December, 2019. Since the interim order has already expired in February, 2020, the question of extension of such interim order does not arise. Apart from the fact that

till date, no adverse action has been taken against the petitioner after the expiry of the said interim order. Since the affidavits are complete, let the main writ petition come up in the list for final hearing in the month of August, 2021.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to make appropriate application, if occasion so arises.

All the CAN applications are disposed of.
