Today Ms. Das, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that pensionary benefits have already been released in favour of the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No order need be passed on the writ petition and accordingly the writ petition stands

disposed of.
