Mr. Maiti, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 12th March, 2021 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 12th March, 2021, it is revealed that in the 2nd paragraph of the 4th line and 9th line, inadvertently the word "ROPA Rules 2009" has been typed instead of the word "ROPA Rules 1998" and 4th paragraph of the 7th line, inadvertently the word "01.06.2009" has been typed instead of the word "01.04.1997" . Therefore, the order dated 12th March, 2021 be corrected by deleting the word "ROPA Rules 2009" and by inserting the word "ROPA Rules 1998" and be corrected by deleting the word "01.06.2009" and by inserting the word "01.06.1997". The other portions of the order dated 12th March, 2021 shall remain the same. The department is directed to do the needful. (Rajarshi Bhardwaj, J.)
