Today Ms. Das, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that pensionary benefits have already been released in favour of the petitioner.

State respondents are represented by learned advocate.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No further order need be passed on the writ petition and accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of.

It is also recorded that the department is not required to serve administrative notice upon the petitioner in terms of the order dated 2nd

August, 2024.
