Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner refers to certain test reports which reflect that there are fracture on the left pubic ramus. The petitioner is directed to hand over such documents on 3rd April, 2023 to the Investigating Officer as also the medical reports which the petitioner alleges to be an outcome of the incident on 7th September, 2022. The Investigating Officer would assess the same and take a decision after consultation with his superior whether any further report is to be required to be submitted or not. Needless to say the charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the

instant case. The order under challenge is no more in existence as subsequently warrant of arrest has been issued by the learned Magistrate.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM(SB) 47 of 2023 is disposed of.

Certified copy of the order-sheet so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
