The petitioner participated in the 2016 Upper Primary Recruitment process conducted by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. She claims that she is a trained TET qualified candidate but was not called for interview.

Pursuant to the leave granted by this Court on July 9, 2021 in WPA No.10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -vs- State of West Bengal & Ors.), the petitioner filed a representation which was considered by the Commission and date of hearing was fixed.

The petitioner alleges that on the date of hearing she was unwell for which she could not attend. The petitioner made further representation and seeks a direction upon the Commission to permit her to appear in the interview.

Upon hearing the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties and on perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner was directed to appear

for hearing in compliance of the direction passed by this Court in the year 2021. The petitioner, allegedly for medical reasons, was unable to appear in the hearing. In the meantime, the recruitment process concluded and the panel expired.

The instant writ petition has been filed in the year 2023 and today there is hardly any scope to allow the petitioner's prayer for further interview. 6.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
