Mr. Nilkamal Ghosh, learned advocate appears for the petitioner submits that, the direction of this Court has been totally complied with and the petitioner has no further grievance.

Mr. Benazir Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor files some documents showing compliance of the direction of this Court, the same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor has also confirmed the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

The rule issued, stands discharged.

The contempt proceeding being W.P.C.R. 98 of 2024 stands dropped and closed.

Accordingly, the application being W.P.C.R.C. 98 of 2024 stands disposed of.
