1. Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, petitioner is involved in theft of electricity. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to the investigation as also will send a wrong signal to the society.

2. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
