The record reveals that the petitioners failed to appear on previous occasions, namely 10th December 2024 and 19th September 2024, when the matter was heard. Similarly, today, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, and no request for an adjournment or accommodation has been made.

In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioners, the writ petition, WPA No. 3548 of 2012, is hereby dismissed for default.
