for correction of typographical error which cropped up in the order dated 04.02.2022.

In the 1st page at paragraph 3 in the 3rd line of the order dated 04.02.2022, the expressions "Motor Accident Claim Case No. 564 of 2009" are replaced by the words "Motor Accident Claim Case No. 564 of 2007".

Let such error be rectified.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 04.02.2022.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 04.02.2022.
