It appears that the writ petition was filed by as many as twenty one petitioners by depositing only one court fee.

Proper care and due diligence was not taken at the time of filing the writ petition. Leave to withdraw the writ petition is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) to be deposited by the petitioners within 10th May,

2022 in the office of the State Legal Service Authority.

It is made clear that in the event the aforesaid costs is not paid within the time as mentioned herein above, the petitioners will lose their chance to file any fresh writ application in future, on the selfsame cause of action.

The respondent authorities are directed not to consider the prayer of the petitioners for appointment till the costs is deposited by the petitioners as indicated hereinabove.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
