Banerjee) Mr. Jaydip Basu Mr. Kaustav Chatterjee Mr. Dipankar Guha ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Kakdwip in Title Suit No. 153 of 2015 expeditiously.

When this matter is taken up for hearing learned advocate for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that a coordinate Bench has already passed an order on February 24, 2025 directing the learned trial Judge to dispose of the interlocutory applications within a specified time limit and thereby to make every endeavour for expeditious disposal of the suit and to conclude the entire proceeding within the time limit mentioned in the said order.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any further direction for expeditious hearing.

With the above observations CO 867 of 2025 stands disposed of.
