Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has already filed a contempt application, being CPAN 432 of 2023, alleging violation of the order dated March 9, 2021.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already taken steps for implementation of the order dated March 9, 2021 by initiating contempt proceedings, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, WPA 5607 of 2025 stands dismissed. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
