The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Patashpur Police Station Case No.36 of 2014 dated March 4, 2014 under Sections 147/148/149/341 /325/326/302/448/427/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9(b) of the Explosive Act.

Mr. Sur, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case.

The case was initiated in the year 2014. More than eight years have passed since then. Having regard to the period which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this stage. The petitioners would be entitled to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings before the learned trial court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 620 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
