2. The petitioner and the respondent no.10 seek mutual transfer from Murshidabad District to Purba Medinipur District.

3. This Court is of the view that subject to ascertaining the willingness of the respondent no.10 and complying with any other formalities, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education may take a suitable decision in the matter within a period of eight weeks from date.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
