Ld. Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in connection with Lalgarh P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017, the ld. Sessions Judge, Jhargram in connection with Session Trial Case No. 06 of 2024 was pleased to issue warrant of arrest.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier on bail but because of the reasons beyond his control, he could not appear.

Accordingly, I direct that in case the petitioner appear before the ld. Addl. Dist. & Sessions Judge in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 06 of 2024 and the ld. Sessions Judge finds that the petitioner was earlier on bail, then, in that case, the ld. Sessions Judge would allow the petitioner to continue with same bail and bond in the

instant case on condition that he shall be physically available before the court on and from the next date so fixed. The petitioner should appear and/or surrender by 16th April, 2024. In case, the petitioner do not appear and/or surrender before the ld. Addl. Dist. &Sessions Judge, Jhargram in connection with Session Trial Case No. 06 of 2024, the ld. Trial court would be at liberty to issue harsher process of law by adhering to Section 82 of the cr.p.c. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 896 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
