The revisional application has been filed by the petitioners under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking quashing the proceeding being Complaint Case no. CS - 0070367 of 2016 dated 17.02.2017 under section 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code for commission of offence under sections 386/387/506 (II) of the IPC, 1860 read with sections 120B/34 of the said Code pending before the learned 18th Metropolitan Magistrate at Calcutta. In spite of giving several opportunities, no one represented the petitioners, no accommodation sought for. Accordingly, CRR 663 of 2017 is dismissed for default.
Consequently, the application, if any, stands disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
