It is submitted by the Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding having made a representation as far back as on May 19, 2017 no steps have been taken by the State-respondents.

Mr. Bandyopadhyay, Advocate appearing on behalf of the State-respondents submits that a final consideration of the representation has already been made and the result of the consideration of the petitioner's representation has been communicated to Mr. Bandyopadhyay but the same appears not to have been communicated to the petitioner. In view of the above, WPA No. 4484 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to communicate the outcome of the petitioner's representation to the Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as on the petitioner directly within a period of three weeks from date.

With the above directions, WPA No. 4484 of 2019 is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. (Ravi Krishan Kapur,J)
