2. It is submitted that the appellant has purchased the interest of the plaintiff in the property which is the subject matter of preliminary decree.

3. Having regard to the averments made in the application, F. A. 266 of 2009 is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, all pending applications are also dismissed.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. Let the T. C. R. be returned to the trial court expeditiously.
