Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner is complaining violation of noise limit thereby causing noise pollution during puja days and direction is prayed for upon the concerned police authorities to control such menace at the locale. 3.

However, it is not demonstrated in this writ petition that at whose instance such noise pollution takes places. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during recent years such menace took place which prompted the petitioner to approach this Court assuming that similar incident may take place in future.

State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

Having considered the case made out in this writ petition it transpires that there is no specific cause of action spelt out in this writ petition and at whose instance violation of noise limit takes place is also not disclosed and they are not made parties to this writ petition.

In view of aforesaid shortcomings, writ petition is not entertained and same stands dismissed.

However, petitioner is granted leave to bring it to the notice of the concerned authorities if noise pollution takes place at the instance of any person at the locale. 8.
