I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by four weeks from date and to pass a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the petitioner by two weeks thereafter and to communicate the same to the petitioner. With this observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
