Mr. Gorachand Samanta ... for the petitioner Mr. Anjan Samanta ... for the State In Re: CAN 1 of 2022 The learned advocate representing the petitioner submitted to have filed an application being CAN 1 of 2022 for restoration of the instant writ petition which was dismissed for default by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.08.2022.

Considering the averments made in the aforesaid CAN application which was found to be satisfactory and for ends of justice, the restoration application being CAN 1 of 2025 stands allowed.

The instant writ petition stands restored to its original file and number. The order dated 22nd August, 2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court is recalled.

The learned advocate representing the petitioner is to serve copy of the affidavit-inopposition which was earlier filed to the learned advocate representing the respondents/State. The learned advocate representing the

respondents/State is to re-affirm the same and to be filed in the Court on the next date of hearing. Let the matter be fixed on 15th July, 2025.
