The petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by a Coordinate Bench by an order dated January 12, 2021 passed in CRM 105 of 2021.

There has not been any significant change of circumstance since the rejection of the petitioner's first application praying for bail. Further, we have also gone through the material in the case diary including the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code.

On an overall assessment of the material on record and in view of the nature and gravity of the offence that the petitioner has been charged with and also in view of the

earlier rejection, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's present application for bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. CRM No. 2335 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed. ( Suvra Ghosh, J. ) ( Arijit Banerjee, J. )
