The writ application has been preferred praying for disbursement of the Gratuity of Rs. 4,24,962/- along with cost of Rs. 10,00000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) for mental and physical torture.

On hearing the learned counsels appearing for the parties, it appears that matter is pending before the Certificate Officer, Howrah, in a certificate proceeding.

Accordingly, on hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the parties are at liberty to approach the Certificate Officer, who shall make all endeavour to dispose of the certificate proceedings expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of this order.

The respondent/company is at liberty to pray for installments before the Certificate Officer, who shall consider the prayer in accordance with law. 6.

The writ application stands disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
