Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, a sum in excess of Rs.95 lakhs was siphoned out from various accounts of a Cooperative Bank. The petitioner is one of the persons involved in such racket.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1424 of 2022 is dismissed.
