The photographs produced by the learned counsel for the petitioners and those produced by the Howrah Municipal Corporation in Court be taken on record. 2.

It appears therefrom that substantial demolition work has taken place. The Corporation has already written to the Station Manager of WBSEDCL, Jagacha Unit to remove the electric meter so that the unauthorised wall can be demolished.

The Corporation, therefore, shall take necessary follow-up steps for removal of the meter so that the unauthorized wall can be demolished at the earliest. 4.

WBSEDCL shall take necessary steps in terms of the request made by the Corporation.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
