Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent authority concerned to consider its representation dated 2nd November, 2022 filed before the A.R.C.S. Ganapati Nagar, Tamluk/respondent no.3, for redressal of his grievance indicated in the said representation. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 5616 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 2nd November, 2022 in

accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. Petitioner will be free to take all the points raised in this writ petition at the time of hearing of such representation. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
