3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, WPA 5593 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the appropriate authority and if the any application is filed by the petitioner, the authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.
