Petitioner has approached this Court as he complained that his chamber is being blocked and the patients are also harassed on two accounts, firstly, on parking of vehicle and secondly, on the issue relating to feeding of stray dogs.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there are complaints against the petitioner who had purchased three garages and subsequently, converted the same into chambers. There are also allegations of illegal construction. A Title Suit being T.S. 94/22 is pending before the appropriate Civil Court.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 submit that so far as the license is concerned for running the chamber, the same has been revoked. The issue is pending before the Civil Court on two counts one

regarding the trade license being revoked, secondly regarding the illegal construction.

Since, the Civil Court is in siesin of the issue, I am not inclined to interfere with the other issues involved in the writ petition except to the extent that the Municipal Authorities would fix a designated place of feeding of stray dogs. Till then no feeding of stray dogs will takes place within the building complex to the disturbance of the inhabitants of the complex.

Police authorities, in case there is report of any breach of the peace will continue their surveillance as they had been doing earlier.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5510 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
