For the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the proceedings pending before the learned Registrar of Trade Marks, Trade Mark Registry, Kolkata, in connection with Opposition of the trademark bearing no.4144366 in Class 30.

Considering the nature of prayer, i.e., expeditious disposal, I find hardly any necessity to ask for service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with. Learned Registrar of Trade Marks, Trade Mark Registry, Kolkata, is requested to dispose of the Opposition of the trademark bearing no.4144366 in Class 30, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties in any case, save and except extreme urgency. With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 742 of 2023, stands disposed of.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the Learned Registrar of Trade Marks, Trade Mark Registry, Kolkata, forthwith.
