This application [CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRAN No. 2777 of 2020)] is disposed of after considering all relevant circumstances by directing that the petitioner shall be released on bail in terms of the order dated 4th March, 2020 on furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) and two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

All other terms and conditions of the order dated 4th March, 2020 are kept intact.
