Report is placed on record. We note that the petitioner had been operated in 2019 and the order was passed on 12.03.2020. Accordingly, such circumstance in our opinion cannot be a ground to vary the conditions imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRAN 4336 of 2020) is rejected at present.
