Affidavit-of-compliance has been filed in Court by the Pradhan of the Basudebpur Gram Panchayat. The Pradhan has come to an opinion that the construction made by the private respondent is an unauthorized one and has forwarded all the documents to the Sub-Divisional Officer on March 11, 2022. As it appears that the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer, Egra, Purba Medinipur for implementation of the order of demolition of the unauthorized construction.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
