A copy of the order passed in WPA 5627 of 2023, be retained with the file.

The contention of Mr.Sen, learned advocate for the State respondents with regard to the experience gathered by the respondent no. 5 on and from 2018 as the proprietor of the firm, has already been taken care of in the order passed in WPA 5627 of 2023. Under such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.
