1. Petitioner submits that there is no direct evidence connecting him with the murder. Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had called the victim over phone. Witnesses saw them together prior to the incident. Articles belonging to the deceased including the mobile phone were recovered from the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstance and the gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
