Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28th March, 2023, Mr.

Ghosh, learned advocate representing the WBGST authority produces the details of this order along with the summary order which according to the petitioner was not served upon them. Without going into the dispute of service of the detailed order, I am of the view that a copy of such detailed order may be served upon the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in Court who will be at liberty to file appeal against the same and for the purpose of limitation service in Court the aforesaid detailed order will be treated as date of service and petitioner will be free to avail the relief available under the law.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 5636 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
