No.3257 of 2019 was disposed of by an order dated 16th January, 2025 passed by the learned 3rd Bench, West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

Challenge to such an order cannot be entertained by a Single Bench exercising jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in view of the provisions laid down under Sections 7 and 11 of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act.

Faced with the situation, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the application and approach the appropriate forum.

As prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 874 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the self-same order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The learned advocate-onrecord of the petitioner is permitted to take back the

certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with the photocopy thereof.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
