1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. The respondent State and the respondent nos.5 to 9 are represented through their respective learned counsel.

Nobody argued on behalf of the petitioners on 04.11.2022.

2. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest or the cause does not survive. Even otherwise as pointed out by the other side, the matter relates to the correction of relevant record for which there is a separate Act which provides a redressal mechanism.

3. Thus, we are not inclined to entertain this PIL. If the petitioners are still aggrieved by self-same issue, they may file representation before the concerned authority.

4. Thus, the PIL is disposed of.

5. This court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
