At the time of hearing, learned advocate for the writ petitioners submits before this Court that on account of compromise by and between the writ petitioners and the respondents/authorities, the writ petitioners are not inclined to proceed with the instant writ petition any further.

It is thus submitted that an appropriate order may be passed.

On careful consideration of the submission of the learned advocate for the writ petitioners, the instant writ petition being WPA 5514 of 2025 is dismissed for 'non-prosecution'.
