Kapas ...For the State Mr. Pratim Chakraborty ...For the School Committee It has been uniformly submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner and the respondent no. 5 that taking note of the judgment and order dated December 14, 2017 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Paschim Medinipur in POCSO 40/2017, thereby holding that the petitioner was not guilty against the charge, School Authority has allowed the petitioner to join in the post of Hostel Warden in Sathi, a residential educational institution.

In view thereof, nothing remains to be decided any further in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 4488 of 2018 stands disposed of.

There will be however, no order as to costs.
